Our Story
Noli Coffee was born from a simple conviction: that the best moments of the day start with intention. Located on Woodinville Drive in the heart of Bothell, we've built a space where the aroma of freshly ground beans is matched only by the warmth of the people who walk through our doors.
Every pastry is baked from scratch each morning. Every cup is poured with care. We source single-origin arabica beans and work with local ingredients because shortcuts never produced anything worth remembering.
